Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, 6+ years in FP&A, and strong financial modeling, ERP, and data visualization skills, with excellent communication to cross-functional teams and the board.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification preferred (CA(SA), CIMA, CFA).
• Minimum of 6 years’ progressive FP&A experience in consumer goods or related industry.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with strategic alignment.
• Develop long-range financial plans and scenario analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor performance against budget/forecast, explain variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Develop and track KPIs across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and support planning.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and investment proposals.
• Oversee financial modeling and analytical tooling to enhance forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting methodologies.
