You will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, identify upsell opportunities, conduct business reviews, and deliver tailored proposals. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work to fit the South African market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in account management, sales, or client-facing relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive account growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align on strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
