Placements24 in Randburg is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to build lasting relationships, guide clients through implementation, and drive retention and growth across our product suite.

You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, run strategic reviews, onboard new clients, and collaborate with internal teams to translate feedback into improvements. Strong communication and CRM expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of CRM principles and tools.
• Ability to analyze client data and derive insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring retention.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize client value.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Be primary contact for clients, resolving issues and escalation.
• Onboard new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
• Gather feedback and drive product/service improvements with internal teams.
