You will be the main contact, ensure exceptional service, and drive retention while spotting growth opportunities. The role supports a dynamic hybrid setting with both office and remote collaboration.

You will coordinate with internal teams, tailor solutions to client needs, and monitor satisfaction to proactively address issues and upsell relevant offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management or account management.
