You will develop tailored recruitment solutions, nurture long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement, understanding client hiring needs and culture.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate delivery, provide regular performance reporting, and contribute to a client-centric service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment lifecycle and various talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Experience working in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing recruitment clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand business relationships and secure new client engagements.
