Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation to join our Vereeniging-based team. You will lead transformation engagements, assess organizational structures, and develop strategic roadmaps to improve efficiency and performance for clients in Gauteng.

You will work directly with senior leadership, facilitate workshops, mentor junior staff, and drive measurable results across diverse industries in Vereeniging and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or change management.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on business transformation and change management.
• Conduct assessments of structures, processes and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
