Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to join our Centurion-based team in Gauteng. You will guide clients through significant organizational changes, redesign processes, and implement new strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires 6+ years in management consulting with a focus on transformation and change management, delivering tangible improvements and sustainable outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher education with focus on business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
• Six or more years’ experience in management consulting focused on business transformation or change management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale change projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, organizational restructuring, and change management.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current business operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable roadmaps.
• Develop strategic plans and provide expert advice on implementing new technologies and business models.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder groups to foster collaboration and drive consensus on transformation goals.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation progress.
• Ensure successful adoption of changes by providing ongoing support and guidance to client teams.
