You will develop change strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, design communications and training, and measure adoption to maximize business impact. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with project teams to deliver sustainable change.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related consulting field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading change management efforts for complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic change management plans for client organizations.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Design and deliver communication and training strategies to support change initiatives.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support and drive adoption.
• Develop change readiness assessments and track progress throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide coaching and guidance to change champions and leaders within client organizations.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's change management practice and methodologies.
