Job summary

CCG Systems in Gauteng is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the department in building a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct or indirect prospecting.

The incumbent will assist in facilitating the proposal/tender process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and contract negotiations, with a focus on serving Municipalities in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Formal Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Sales and Customer Relations certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research potential business by looking at adverts and tenders.
• Responsible for the bidding process and preparing bid templates.
• Cold calling potential clients.
• Prepare files and documentation for tenders.
• Draft proposals for prospect clients and assist with client presentations.
• Ensure tender submissions are done on time and arrange tender presentations/demos.
• Maintain database of projects, proposals, consultants and partners.
• Propose development of internal systems for communication.

Education
