Belay Talent Solutions is seeking a Head of Banking Partnerships in Pretoria East to lead and scale strategic banking relationships, alliances, and sponsor-bank networks within a fintech context.

The role demands senior leadership, a track record in banking partnerships, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and commercial environments. You will build and guide a high-performing team and shape partnerships across multiple business streams.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in banking, financial services, fintech or strategic partnerships.
• Strong experience in banking alliances, partnerships or co-brand arrangements.
• Understanding of banking and payment ecosystems, including sponsor-bank aspects.
• Proven commercial judgement turning opportunities into partnerships.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple commercial workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow banking partnerships, alliances, and sponsor-bank networks.
• Oversee bank designation initiatives, payments and collections activities.
• Guide the end-to-end sales process: pipeline management, bids and opportunities.
• Coordinate across commercial workstreams and regulatory considerations.
