Placements24 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Bancassurance Partnerships to lead growth through banking channels in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This senior role focuses on identifying opportunities, negotiating complex agreements, and managing large-scale bancassurance initiatives with top-tier partner banks.

You will shape strategy, oversee operations, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership in financial services.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level relationships in banking/insurance.
• Knowledge of bancassurance models, products and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to grow bancassurance business.
• Identify and secure new bank partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Oversee product distribution, sales and service within partnerships.
• Monitor performance and optimize growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for bancassurance operations.
