Job summary

Vox is seeking an Account Executive in Pretoria to help maintain key accounts and develop new ones. You will manage the full sales cycle, present products to clients, and foster long-term partnerships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with experience in sales and CRM tools, including Salesforce. A Grade 12 and a business/marketing degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a degree in business, sales or marketing are required.
• Proven experience as Account Executive or in sales/customer service roles.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business plans to facilitate goal attainment.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to closing a deal.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Present products to prospective clients.
• Provide professional after-sales support to boost customer loyalty.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to protect the company’s reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
