Vox Telecom in Durban is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the key liaison between clients and the company, building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth.

You will nurture existing accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service to ensure exceptional service. A 3–5+ year background in sales or account management is preferred, with a degree and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the communications sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client satisfaction and retention through strong partnerships.
• Ensure accurate processing of quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Support revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Analyse client needs, monitor key metrics, and provide insights.
