Ctm is seeking a Store Operator to oversee day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance at our Vanderbijlpark location. You will lead the team, manage stock, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong communication in English and Afrikaans, and proficiency with SAP, Excel and Word. Weekend availability and a proactive mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth focus.
• 2+ years retail operations/management experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Word is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering product recommendations.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, entrepreneurial, and innovative Store Operator to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our store. This role requires a well-rounded individual capable of managing operations independently under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring team success.

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering product recommendations.
• Drive sales growth through proactive engagement, upselling, and building long-term client relationships.
• Manage and monitor product categories, ensuring accurate weekly stock counts and well- organized displays.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly performance targets (KPIs).

Operations & Inventory Management:

• Oversee stock levels, inventory processes, and warehousing operations to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits in line with established procedures.
• Maintain product displays according to merchandising standards for an enhanced shopping experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational excellence.

• Matric or equivalent qualification

• Responsible and accountable for achieving both operational and sales objectives.
• 2 years of management experience within the retail environment (preferably within the group).
• Proficiency in SAP software and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Deadline and results-driven, able to meet performance goals within set timelines.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in sales with a passion for driving results.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
