Job summary

Hire Resolve is assisting a leading hair and beauty retailer to recruit an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales targets and lead a high-performing team in Cape Town. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for customer service and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in premium retail, strong stock control, and proficient use of POS and retail management systems.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Diploma or qualification in Retail Management, Business Management or related field is advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position.
• Experience in premium hair/beauty retail environments is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of stock control and retail operations.
• Computer literate with experience using POS and retail management systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive store profitability.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
