CTM Africa Welkom in the Free State is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory control and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, manage stock, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment, with growth opportunities within a dynamic brand.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing operations at their busy Welkom location. This role is integral to ensuring the store runs smoothly, achieves sales targets, and provides an excellent customer experience. You will be involved in staff supervision, inventory management, customer engagement, and upholding operational standards. Salary: R180,000 - R360,000 per year
