You will work with the Store Manager to supervise a team, manage inventory, and uphold company policies while maintaining an engaging store presentation. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role, solid understanding of retail operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Retail operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer engagement.
• Manage stock levels, including receiving, organizing, and merchandising products.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Monitor store performance against set objectives and report any issues to management.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
