Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory management and stock control.
• Strong understanding of retail operational procedures and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and stocktaking.
• Ensure efficient stock flow and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and operations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new store employees.
• Support the store manager in implementing operational initiatives.
• Manage and resolve operational issues that arise during shifts.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment for the store team.
