Qualifications

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Minimise stock loss through sound store culture and adherence to security, stock and cash handling procedures.
• Manage costs by driving efficiencies in the store.
• Ensure administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team, providing training and coaching.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
