Job summary

PEPstores in Limpopo is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team toward achieving KPIs by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining world-class store standards. You will manage stock, promotions, admin tasks and costs while driving efficiencies across the operation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• A degree/diploma in business/retail is advantageous.
• Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in retail with a leadership role.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards.
• Maintain store image, stock management and promotional implementation.
• Minimise stock loss through strong store culture and security/stock-cash procedures.
• Manage costs through efficient store operations.
• Handle store administration according to company guidelines.
• Lead a dynamic team with coaching and training responsibilities.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
