PEP Stores Polokwane seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic store team, drive sales and maintain world-class store standards.

You will oversee stock management, loss prevention, cost control and administrative duties, while coaching and developing staff to meet KPIs. Requirements include Grade 12 and 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail; computer literacy with Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite is preferred.

Formación

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Tertiary education in business/retail would be advantageous.
• Ideally 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Minimise stock loss through a healthy store culture and adherence to security, stock and cash procedures.
• Drive cost efficiency in the store in line with company cost culture.
