Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required; a degree or diploma in a business/retail related field would be advantageous.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Maintain store image, stock management and implement promotions.
• Minimise stock loss through healthy store culture and security procedures.
• Manage costs in line with low-cost culture and drive store efficiencies.
• Handle administrative duties per company guidelines.
• Lead a dynamic team, train and coach staff, and monitor performance.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
