Job summary

PEPstores is seeking a Store Manager for Pep Cell Springs Palm Springs (JHB East Rand). The role focuses on leading a store team to achieve KPIs, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold world-class store standards.

You will oversee stock control, security, and administrative tasks while coaching a Dynamos team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position requires Grade 12, with a degree/diploma in business or retail advantageous, and 1–2 years in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required; tertiary education in business/retail is advantageous.
• Degree or diploma in business/retail preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience ideal.
• Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world‑class store standards.
• Maintain store image, stock management and promotional execution.
• Minimise stock loss through secure processes and store culture.
• Control costs in line with PEP's low-cost culture and drive efficiencies.
• Handle administrative duties according to company guidelines.
• Lead a dynamic team, training, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
