Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in retail/wholesale management.
• Grade 12 with 3+ years related retail/wholesale experience management or 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong leadership and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and follow up of quotations to generate sales.
• Quote process and control Special Orders; ensure estimates and cutting lists are correct.
• Manage deliveries and ensure dispatched within required time.
• Grow and protect profitable market share and manage stock control.
• Lead store safety (OHASA) and ensure compliance and incident reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive loyalty programs.
