Job summary

Cashbuild Limited seeks a Cabifit Manager for Seshego to protect market share and drive profit in-store. You will lead operations, manage stock, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating deliveries and customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, HR management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Grade 12 with at least 3 (three) years related Retail / wholesale experience management or 5 (five) years related Retail / wholesale experience.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and follow up of quotations to generate sales.
• Quote process and control Special Orders.
• Ensure estimations and cutting list correct and completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis to ensure competitiveness of the Store.
• Ensure the minimising of wastage and customer complaints through accurate calibration of machines according to cutting list.
• Manage an efficient delivery service and ensuring that the correct rates are charged.
• Grow and protect Profitable Market Share.
• Order stock and manage shrinkage within the Store.
• Manage Debtors, Petty Cash, and daily Banking.
