Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Store Manager to protect and grow market share within a store in line with company strategy. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive sales, and ensure customer service excellence while safeguarding assets and controlling stock.

The role requires strong leadership, HR management skills, and compliance with OHSA and local laws. Own transport and a reliable mobile phone are preferred for this demanding position.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with at least 3 years retail management experience or 5 years related retail management experience.
• Must have well developed business acumen.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate (Basic computer literacy).
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have strong administrative skills.
• Own transport with valid driver's license.
• Must have own cell phone.
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices per OHSA and local legislation.
• Must have strong Human Resources Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan for the Store aligned with Divisional strategy.
• Grow transactions, sales and market share in store according to budget.
• Manage Customer Service strategy and ensure effective delivery service.
• Control shrinkage, protect assets and manage store stock.
• Ensure OHSA safety standards and incident management in the store.
• Lead manpower planning, succession and employee relations.
