Job summary

Manpower SA (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for our Menlyn store to take full ownership of store performance, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, and staff development, with at least 3 years' supervisory experience and strong knowledge of POS and loss prevention. Matric required; proactive, detail-oriented leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead by example delivering outstanding customer experiences and branded service interactions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining high operational standards and immaculate merchandising.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory control and stock counts.
• Coach and develop the team through performance management and product knowledge sessions.
• Manage staff scheduling and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

• Maintain a strong sales focus, identifying opportunities to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented leadership, capable of guiding without micromanagement.

• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to lead without micro-management.
