Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking an experienced retail leader for our South Africa stores. The role focuses on driving turnover, managing expenses, and delivering excellent customer service while leading a team to meet performance targets and shrinkage controls.

You will implement merchandising standards, oversee staff recruitment and development, and ensure customer satisfaction through a customer-centric approach and effective sales conversations.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
