Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to meet company shrinkage standards.
• People management, including recruitment, staff development, ER and performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering our service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
