Job summary

iKhokha is seeking a Store Manager for the Hillbrow location. Lead a team, drive sales, and deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining store P&L and stock accuracy. You will implement local marketing and build strong community relations to grow the business.

The role requires at least 3+ years in store leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to coach a team. A driver’s license and reliable transport are expected; English and Afrikaans are preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric is required with a basic academic background.
• Plus an undergraduate degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Store Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the iKhokha Store with sales, activation ratios, and in-branch marketing.
• Oversee branch P&L and lead a team of 5 staff.
• Uphold brand culture and engage with the local community.
• Interview, recruit, and train staff; implement performance processes.
• Handle stock management, weekly counts, and asset registry.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
