iKhokha is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Gugulethu store. You will lead sales, energise the team and create standout merchant experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

With at least 1 year in a similar role, you will drive monthly sales, manage stock, coach field and in-store agents, and ensure smooth store operations across trading hours. English and local language skills are required for customer engagement.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a retail store environment.
• Matric is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the management of an iKhokha Store with full ownership when the Store Manager is not on site.
• Drive monthly sales, activation ratios, and revenue opportunities in line with performance goals.
• Open and close the store according to trading hours.
• Create efficient and delightful in-store experiences for merchants.
• Provide immediate support to sales agents within the store network.
• Oversee stock management and weekly stock takes.
