• Advantageous: Diploma in Financial / Admin or a relevant 3-year Diploma.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support inventory processes, stock levels, and shrinkage control.
• Assist with sales floor planning, promotions, pricing standards, and goods receiving.
• Support achievement of store sales targets and coordinate with departments to meet goals.
• Assist with POS operations, cash handling, and expense monitoring within budget.
• Deliver strong customer service and promptly address customer feedback and complaints.
• Support HR processes, leave management, and staff records within SOPs.
• Engage in trainee programme activities and complete learning tasks and assessments.
