Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity for a Trainee Manager at our Klerksdorp store in the North West region. You will learn overall store operations under supervision of a store manager and perform a wide range of retail duties with guidance.

Essential requirements include Grade 12, 1-2 years in retail management, MS Office proficiency, driving license and own transport. Diploma in Financial/Admin is advantageous. Market related salary and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12/ Matric is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in store retail management disciplines.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Manage stock including goods in transit, stock takes, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure efficient stock flow to the sales floor.
• Assist with stock ordering to maintain correct levels.
• Plan and maintain promotional stock displays and pricing.
• Handle goods receiving and ensure transaction integrity for receipts and returns.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor store expenses and assist with budgeted costs.
• Support HR processes and Kronos data entry in-store.
• Assist with customer complaints, loyalty signups, and feedback.
