Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Store Leader to drive customer experience, manage daily operations and lead a retail team. This role requires strong communication, stock control and a passion for health and wellness.

You will supervise cash handling, housekeeping, and compliance while motivating staff to meet sales targets. Weekend and extended hours are required, with opportunities for growth within a growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Completion of Wellness Foundation Training and Wellness Managerial training.
• Minimum 3 years Wellness retail experience including managerial experience.
• Wellness on-the-job Store Leader training.
• A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors.
• Fully computer literate.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management.
• Own transport essential.
• Competency Assessment Achieved.
• Admin qualification - a retail management diploma or degree would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience - sales, merchandising and admin experience (including 2-3 years managerial experience).
• A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors.
• Fully computer literate.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management.
