Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in South Africa seeks an experienced Store Leader to drive customer experience, stock control and store profitability. You will lead the team to uphold professional service, optimize selling space, and ensure stock availability across the floor.

This role requires strong communication, weekend availability, and a passion for health and wellness. You will coach staff, monitor cash handling and cost controls, and work toward meeting sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed with Wellness Foundation and managerial training.
• Minimum 3 years Wellness retail experience including managerial roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Own transport essential.
