Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Store Leader for a wellness retail location in Langebaan. You will drive store performance through customer service excellence, stock optimization and team development.

The role requires 3+ years in wellness retail (including supervisory experience), high computer literacy and a willingness to work weekends. You will oversee stock control, cost management and store housekeeping to meet KPIs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed; wellness retail experience preferred.
• Completion of Wellness Foundation Training and Wellness Managerial training.
• Minimum 3 years in wellness retail, including managerial experience.
• Wellness on-the-job Store Leader training advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fully computer literate.
• Willing to work weekends and extended retail hours; able to manage admin and costs.
