Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a Staff Training Facilitator in South Africa to identify training needs, develop and organise programmes to meet those needs, and support the Training and Development Manager as second-in-command.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Training and Development, ODETDP Level 5, and at least five years as an SDF, with strong SETA knowledge and excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Training and Development or Diploma in Occupational
• ODETDP Level 5 qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
• Qualified SDF and OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist
• Sound knowledge of SETA

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs of employees and develop programmes to meet those needs.
• Oversee staff training within the Group and coordinate delivery.
• Assist the Training and Development Manager as a second-in-command.
