Placements24 is recruiting a Specialist Recruitment Consultant - Mining to join our Welkom team. You will source, assess and place highly skilled mining professionals across the Free State and surrounding regions, supporting operational, engineering and management roles.

You will build a niche talent pool, interview candidates, manage client relationships, stay informed on market salary trends and facilitate offers and onboarding for placed hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment with a mining focus.
• Strong network within the mining sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of mining operations, roles and required skill sets.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and recruitment databases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Degree in Mining Engineering, HR, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities
