About the Role

Our client, a flagship luxury hotel in the prestigious Sandton, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa & Wellness Manager. This role is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the hotel's spa and wellness facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of spa operations, a passion for holistic well-being, and strong leadership skills within the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of spa and wellness operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive spa revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost control for all spa retail and treatment supplies.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa facilities.
• Create and refine spa menus, treatment protocols, and service offerings to meet evolving guest demands.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the spa team to deliver exceptional service and treatments.
• Manage relationships with spa product suppliers and ensure efficient stock management.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for the spa and wellness services.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and wellness technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
