Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Manager to expand its footprint in Soweto, Gauteng. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving revenue growth in residential and commercial real estate.

You will nurture relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients, crafting growth strategies tailored to Soweto’s unique market dynamics and ensuring successful onboarding and delivery of services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or related field.
MBA is a plus for strategic growth roles.
At least 5 years in business development or sales in real estate.
Strong network with developers, investors and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Soweto.
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue.
Build relationships with developers, investors, banks and corporates.
Conduct market research on Soweto trends and opportunities.
