Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers, understand requirements and guide them through the property selection process.
• Showcase model homes and available properties, highlighting features and community amenities.
• Provide pricing, payment options and the purchasing process information.
• Build rapport and trust with clients, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
• Generate leads through open houses, marketing events and outreach in Soweto area.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the offer to purchase process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
