• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, MBA or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in real estate investment, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record in sourcing, underwriting, and closing real estate deals.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; Excel proficiency; Argus desirable.
• Deep knowledge of South African property market and Soweto.

Responsabilités

• Identify and underwrite real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop detailed financial models (DCF, sensitivity, scenario).
• Lead due diligence with legal, environmental, and technical teams.
• Structure and negotiate acquisition agreements and JV structures.
• Manage investment lifecycle from sourcing to disposition.
• Oversee portfolio asset performance and value-add strategies.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for committees.
