Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist for its Soweto office. You will develop and implement integrated campaigns to promote properties and the agency brand, leveraging digital marketing, content creation, and social media to attract buyers and sellers.

You will coordinate photography, virtual tours, and open-house events, analyze performance, report ROI, and work closely with real estate agents to tailor marketing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, social media, content creation.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative with eye for design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for properties and the agency brand.
