Mr Price Group is seeking an Onsite HR & Payroll Administrator in Cape Town to act as the operational and data engine room for the site. This role connects site operations with local employees and central Shared Services Payroll, ensuring end-to-end HR compliance and robust payroll input auditing.

The position supports the HRBP team with accurate tracker maintenance and timely reporting (WSP/ATR, Group, and statutory), while handling essential administrative duties to keep HR processes running

Responsibilities

• Liaise between site operations, local employees and central Shared Services Payroll to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Audit payroll inputs and maintain accurate HR trackers for timely reporting (WSP/ATR, Group, and statutory).
• Provide administrative support to the HRBP team and act as the on-site operational data engine for HR processes.
