Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a detail-oriented Human Capital Processor to manage weekly wage processing across multiple operational sites in Johannesburg. This role demands accuracy, compliance with labour regulations, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You will validate inputs, handle overtime and allowances, coordinate with third-party labour brokers, and maintain audit-ready payroll records while supporting general HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in weekly wage processing.
• Experience working in high-volume payroll environments.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate weekly wages across sites with accuracy.
• Enter and reconcile hours, overtime, allowances and back pay.
• Coordinate with timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliant wage inputs under labour regulations and company policy.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure audit-ready records.
