Qualifications

• Accountability to record, assess, categorize, prioritize, plan, evaluate, release and review all changes.
• Review RFCs to ensure compliance with process requirements and guide submitters.
• Advise requestors from within the customer and third-party organizations on the correct RFC process.

Responsibilities

• Manage change requests and version releases to minimise risk when moving applications, services and infrastructure to live.
• Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs within Change Management.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple teams to ensure timely, controlled implementations.
