Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or similar consulting role.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and communication strategies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
