• Experience in Change Management processes and RFC handling.
• Ability to design and implement KPIs for change processes.
• Experience coaching teams through change and building reports.

Responsibilities

• Record, assess, categorize, prioritize, plan, evaluate, release and review changes according to Change Management.
• Review RFCs and guide submitters to ensure process compliance.
• Design communication templates, maintain recipients and frequency.
• Define and implement KPIs for Change processes and develop reports.
