Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced SAP Business Support Specialist to maintain the SAP PM Work Management Process and drive continuous improvement. The role involves training users, managing change in SysAid, and collaborating with regional owners and governance bodies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Finance and at least 5 years in SAP PM, with global experience and knowledge of asset management and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Information Technology / Business Management / Finance.
• At least 5 years experience in SAP PM in similar role.
• In-depth understanding of the Asset Management and Supply Chain landscape.
• Experience in change management, system integration and solution design.
• Global experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Integrity of the SAP PM Work Management Process.
• Train Business users and SSAs on SAP changes.
• Take accountability for the Change Process in SysAid.
• Engage with manager, BPC and RPOs on continuous business improvement opportunities.
• Review quality assurance activities for the functional area (regression testing, change requests and bug fixes).
• Work with Global Access and GRC teams to ensure process optimisation and compliance.
