Logicalis SA in Johannesburg seeks a Change Manager to oversee the SIAM function, ensuring risk-minimised changes and coordinated releases across applications, services and infrastructure. You will drive RFC compliance, design standard communications, and coach teams to maturity.

Role focuses on governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with customer and third-party stakeholders in a dynamic IT services environment.

Formación

• Record, assess, categorize, prioritize, plan, evaluate, release and review all changes per Change Management process.
• Review RFCs to ensure they comply with minimum requirements and guide submitters to prevent recurrence.
• Advise requestors from within customer/third-party organizations on the correct RFC process.
• Design and implement communication templates, frequency and recipients.
• Define and implement KPIs for the Change Management process.
• Develop reports for participating Business Units.
• Coach and guide participants to mature the process.

Responsabilidades

• The Change Manager ensures requested changes and version releases into live environment are risk-minimised, controlled and communicated.
• Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs.
• Responsibilities span Customer Support/Operations as a generalist or cross-discipline.
